Urinary & Bladder Support Supplement for Dogs
Feeding Instructions

Give daily according to your dog’s weight: Tablets may be given whole or crushed and mixed with food.
Up to 10kg: 2 tablets daily
11–25kg: 3 tablets daily
26–40kg: 4 tablets daily
Over 40kg: 5 tablets daily

D-Mannose, Cranberry Extract 36:1 (equivalent to 75mg cranberry)
Liquorice Extract 4:1 (equivalent to 12.5mg liquorice)
Marshmallow Root Extract 5:1 (equivalent to 10mg marshmallow root)
Astragalus Root Extract 4:1 (equivalent to 10mg astragalus root)
Nettle Leaf Powder
Microcrystalline Cellulose (bulking agent)
Dicalcium Phosphate (anti-caking agent)
Magnesium Stearate (flow agent).
